  • Rental Fee

    Basic Usage Time for Exhibition Hall: 08:00~20:00 (12 hours)
    Usage fee varies depending on the rental area and duration.

    • Deposit : 20% of the rental fee at the time of contract conclusion
    • installment Payment : 30% of the rental fee 90 days prior to the commencement of the lease
    • Balance : 50% of the rental fee 7 days prior to the commencement of the lease.

  • Cancellation Fees

    Please refer to the Exhibition Hall Cancellation Fee table for detailed information.

    • Within 7 days prior to the rental start date : 70% of the rental fee
    • Within 8 to 90 days prior to the rental start date : 50% of the rental fee
    • More than 91 days prior to the rental start date : 20% of the rental fee
  • Usage of Lobby and Ancillary Facilities

    Usage of the lobby for events or exhibitions will require pre-approval, and a usage fee will be charged

    To provide flawless support for the event, ancillary facilities such as the organizer's office and VIP waiting room are available. If you wish to use them, please accurately specify the desired location and time on the usage application form.

    ※ Changing the purpose of ancillary facilities and making alterations to the internal layout are not allowed.

  • Banner and Directional Sign Installation

    If you wish to install banners or directional signs, please utilize the banner battens provided in the lobby and each exhibition hall. Promotion materials other than on battens can only be placed on stands (such as X-banners). No adhesives and nails may be used to attach promotional items to walls.
