Use of Exhibition Hall Lobby and Auxiliary Facilities

  • Use of Exhibition Hall Lobby

    The lobby is a common area and must ensure the flow of traffic for other events and visitors.

    - Installation of Lobby Structures

    • Structures for event auxiliary facilities can be installed (e.g., registration desk, ticket distribution).
      The location of the structure, detailed floor plan, and minimizing disruption to other events and visitors must be discussed in advance with the hall manager.

    - Restrictions on Structure Installation

    • Installation of structures obstructing the movement flow of visitors is not allowed
    • Finetex must be installed.
    • Installation of structures over 3 meters in height is not allowed
    • Installation of electrical wiring is mandatory
  • In-Hall Announcement Broadcasting

    The organizer's office is equipped with an announcement broadcasting system within the exhibition hall.

    • Broadcasting is only possible within the rented interior of the exhibition hall.
    • If more than two halls are rented, broadcasting can be integrated from one location.
    • It is possible to install one microphone for announcements and one AUX.
    • The 2F organizer's office cannot make announcements, and related inquiries should be directed to the responsible hall manager.
  • Access Card Distribution

    Security cards will be issued that allow access to the exhibition hall entrances, VIP waiting rooms, loading docks, and warehouses during the rental period.

    • For requests of constant opening or additional security cards, please inquire with the responsible hall manager.
