Guide to using the Meeting room information bulletin board
Attachment of event notices is prohibited except on DCC-designated bulletin boards
  • Notice bulletin board
    • Size: Horizontal A3
    • Quantity: 2~3 on each floor
    • Shared use (2 each front and back)
    • How to use: Slide type (insert)
  • Poster information board
    • Specification: Width 540 × 750cm
    • Quantity: 8 (No. 101~108) 1 for each Meeting room
      Located only in the lobby of the 1st floor conference hall
    • How to use: Magnet required (prepared by the organizer)
  • LCD guidance monitor
    • Specification: 1300 × 750 pixels (JPG image file)
    • Quantity: 1 per room
    • Location: Eye level on the right wall of the Meeting room entrance
      Available (Rooms 101-108, 203-205, 206-211, 301) / Not available (Rooms 201, 202, Exhibition Hall)
    • How to use: Can be displayed when submitting a JPG file in advance
  • Partition [Paid]
    • Specification: 1.2m × 2m
    • Quantity: 15
    • Purpose: Poster display and event schedule
    • How to use: Use pins (prepared by the organizer) / Do not use thumbtacks or thumbtacks.

Limited attachment
Do not attach event notices to walls, floors, ceilings, glass, etc. other than DCC-designated bulletin boards
(Do not use double-sided tape, strong adhesive, nails, glue, tape, stapler, etc.)
